The basics
- Drag a block from the tray onto the board.
- Fill a whole row or column and it bursts, clearing space and scoring points.
- Keep going until no piece fits. Your board must stay alive longer than your rival's.
How a duel works
Both players get the same pieces in the same rounds, so the result comes down to skill, not luck. The player with the stronger run wins the match.
- Play the AI to practise, with no account needed.
- Play a friend by hosting a match and sharing the code, or join with their code.
- Find players online and send a challenge.
- Challenge a friend with a link: they play the same pieces in their browser and see who did better.
- Daily challenge: a new set of pieces each day.
Attacks and power-ups
Bursts you bank can be spent on attacks. A Block Barrage costs 2 banked bursts and an Ice Strike costs 3, so time them to slow your rival down. Every attack has a counter: a Shield blocks the next attack, and Cleanse thaws ice after it lands.
Voice chat
In online matches both players can switch on voice chat. It stays off until both agree, each player can mute the other, strangers start muted and you can block anyone. Nothing is recorded.
Tips to win
- Keep the middle of the board open so big pieces still fit.
- Set up two lines at once to burst them together.
- Check the next pieces before you place a block.
- Do not fill every corner early; leave room to move.
