2 Player Block Puzzle You Can Play Online for Free
Most block puzzle games are solo: you place shapes until the board fills up, alone. TBlock Duel turns the classic 8×8 block puzzle into a live 1v1 match where both players receive the exact same pieces in the same order.

Each player has an 8×8 grid and a tray of three block shapes. Drag shapes onto the grid to complete full rows or columns. When a row or column fills, it bursts — clearing space, scoring points, and banking bursts you can spend on attacks.
- Same pieces, same rounds: You and your rival get identical pieces, so whoever places them better wins.
- Banked bursts become attacks: Spend 2 bursts for a Block Barrage (drops junk blocks) or 3 bursts for an Ice Strike (freezes 5 cells on your rival's board).
- Every attack has a counter: Hold a Shield to block an incoming attack, or use Cleanse to thaw frozen cells.
Three Ways to Play 2-Player
1. Match code with a friend
Tap Host Match, copy the short room code, and send it to your friend on WhatsApp, Discord, or SMS. They tap Join Match, enter the code, and the duel starts right away.
2. Find players online
Open the online lobby to see other players who are ready for a match and send a 1v1 challenge.
3. Challenge by link
Send a challenge link to a friend. They play the exact same piece seed in their browser and you compare scores at the end.
4. Optional voice chat
In live online duels, both players can switch on voice chat. It stays off until both agree, includes instant mute buttons, and nothing is recorded.
